I cheat and buy the tikka masala slimming world sauce from Iceland then add chicken and mushrooms, onions and peppers ... it's really nice, have mine with rice and salad and yogurt and mint dressing

I make the slimming world chicken jalfrezi. Really tasty and full of peppers and onions! Really easy to make too, small amount of prep, no marinating and cooks quickly.

I have the SW curry book. It's full of lots of recipes from creamy silken chicken to spicy Rogan josh. There's also nibbles like onion bhaji's. Best recipe book I've ever bought.
