Looks fine to me, although I'd add in in later afternoon/evening trip to Epcot, to walk round the world showcase and stay for Illuminations.
It can be hard to get such a large group up and out the door in the mornings, but I would really try and encourage them to get going before the parks open for the first 3 days, as you'll achieve so much more, than you would, arriving an hour or 2 later. Then the second week you can relax and go out for breakfasts, have pool time and arrive at the parks in the afternoon, in order to see all the evening firework shows. Have a great trip. |

The most important thing from a planning point of view I think is that you have some fast passes lined up (three each at a single park then once they are used you can book more singularly at any wdw park) so that the kids experience some quick fun- its the waiting in the heat that gets people down.
Your days look fine- you will probably end up doing half days and going back out again in the evenings, not only from the little ones point of view but your own (its tiring being a parent there lol) . Apparently its been 103 at MK this last week according to one report I read. I know last time we did an August visit the heat during the afternoon was intense. Dont forget anyone can use the friendship boats when you see them at Epcot (at world showcase and to Hollywood Studios)/MK (to the MK resorts for a look round or to use their QS/Table service places) /Disney Springs (to get from a-b or to resorts) if you want to cool down and rest your feet - they are free and quite fun to experience for not only the kids but a welcome break for adults. Its something I didnt realise when I first visited and made a lot of difference to our enjoyment travelling around. Have a wonderful time...I'll be there too then |

Sorry silly question ☺️ but what are the friendship boats, I'm new to all this, can we still use them if staying offsite.
Have a lovely time too 😎 |

If you look at the resort maps on the side column here you will see dotted lines going across water areas in and around parks and MK/Epcot/Hollywood studios
disneyworld.disney.go/en...ransportation/ they are free to all... thats the mistake I made when first staying (we were offsite too) |

It may be too late to do this but if I were in Clearwater the day before flying home, I might try to leave from Tampa rather than Orlando and save a bit of time in the car. Most important thing with little ones is when they start to melt, take them home. Once the crankies set it, it is really hard to recover and cranky kids can make everyone testy.
Also unless you are joined by the hip, break up. Go off on your own or within smaller groups. As much as you love the people you are traveling with, you will love them more with a little distance (especially in week 2) |

That would of been a good idea but all flights booked, and think that we will be splitting up into groups as not all going to want to do the same especially the older children, thank you for your help and advice I will be looking out for the start of the crankies and be making a sharp exit 😂😂
