Heinz creationz lentil curry and rice with cucumber slices for me tonight. We go to the Lake District for a week on Friday so I am trying to have as few syns as possible beforehand 😁

some fab losses this week

didn't weigh in this weekend as had a few blow the plan days with a wedding & dd's birthday. I tried to keep my syns low in the week to limit some of the damage but totally expect a gain.
Back on plan starting tomorrow(need to go shopping)so hopefully the scales won't be too shocking at the end of the week
