 iceland had the chimichurri burgers 1/2 price and you still get the 6pk muller yogurts free if you buy 3 packs so picked them up even though they not flavours I'd usually try gingerbread latte & salted caramel cappuccino |

Thanks guys... I've got two more weigh ins so would like to lose a bit more so hoping this will keep me focused.
This is now lowest I've ever been when I first started a few years back I was 16 st 5 lb, I'm now 13st 3lb so 3 stone 2lb lighter but cos I stopped and started I need to lose 2lb next week to get my 2.5stone certificate would like to be in the 12 stone bracket before holibobs... even if it is for a few days cos pretty sure I'll come back with a gain  xx

Great losses everyone. I didn't weigh this week as still in target. Tonight's tea is M&S skinny sausages, mash, green beans, carrots and broccoli, with SW onion gravy, will try and remember a photo. Xx

I'm trying the cola chicken tonight. I've been a pig today. Bacon, egg and spinach wrap for breakfast and then a yoghurt. Spinach, cucumber, beetroot, cheese and mayo for lunch and a make noodle pot and then an Alpen light bar 🙄We may be going away for a night this week too 😕
