Mobile Easter 2018

We will be in Florida for two weeks over Easter next year. Is Easter weekend usually very busy? We have booked a day at Discovery Cove but are wondering if we should change it to Easter Sunday rather than mid week because the other parks may be very busy whereas Discovery Cove has a limited number of visitors. Thanks in advance

According to DIBB's historic busy day guide, the week leading up to Easter was busier than the weekend itself. Easter Sunday has MK showing a 3.7 on the crowd levels, as opposed to 10.1 (really!) on the Wednesday before.

Hover over each park to see the reported crowd levels. It's generally a busy time though, so I would put DC on the day you feel you need a break rather than trying to anticipate a busy day.

We always book DC at the weekend. We are booked in the Sunday before :-)

We went to Discovery Cove on Easter Sunday this year as we thought it may be the busiest day in the parks. It was bliss!
Easter weekend was in the middle of our holidays, and all the parks were busy every day, however, saying that, we managed to ride everything we wanted to and queued for a maximum of 40 minutes (we found sea world the worst as we didn't have fast passes there)
use fast passes and get there for opening and you'll be fine, wish we could do it all over again next easter!

Thank you all. I think I'll change DC to Easter Sunday. We only arrive on Good Friday so it sounds as though the ten days after Easter will be quieter which is great! Thanks for the help x
