Issue viewing photos on MDE **UPDATE**

I've downloaded our photos from MDE and I wanted to edit a few before it runs out. When I've tried to log on tonight, I'm getting the Stitch error message and it won't let me view any photos. I can only see a handful of pics on the app too

Does anyone have any info about this? We've only got a few days left before it expires

Just logged in and photos are now appearing

Totally different scenario but photos taken today were having trouble loading. Took hours for some we had done in DHS.
Could be an IT issue?

Do you think I should contact them or will it work itself out?

Having a slight panic as I think we've only got a few days left to edit them.

I'm the same. The website was painfully slow tonight, it kicked me out then wouldn't recognise my log in.
I assume it's on the blink tonight and I'll try again tomorrow.

I got the log in error too after a while. Hopefully we'll be sorted soon. It's gonna be a long one tomorrow night for me

Yes my splash mountain photo hasn't appeared on mde ... I definitely used the tapstile under my photo so it should be there. Will ask tomorrow if it doesn't appear.

We rode rock & roller coaster this afternoon and still no photo loaded so something ain't right...better load as not sure will get my 6 year old on again to prove he did it?!

We had similar issue today whereby photo from a few rides did not appear so went to guest relations in MK who went on to advise me to reset my password on MDE. This made the issue worse as then MDE app would not recognize my email address

went on to spend 45min in guest relations whilst they were on phone to IT. IT stated that there was an IT glitch but were very vague. Anyways moaned a little that wasted 45min in there and no sooner to finding solution, to which they were quick to offer fast pass to any park for two rides at any time for the inconvenience. I pushed a little and got 2 additional fastpass (already booked three) for Epcot, HS and AK (excluding Pandora) of my choosing at any time so every cloud and that...

Shame pandora was not included so still Plan a rope drop this Sunday as no FP.

Btw photos have appeared this evening albeit with a few other families photos thrown in for good measure

. Also just noticed new app update released so not sure if that is linke

If no joy by Thursday contact them. They are excellent at dealing with missing photos or looming deadlines. It's not your fault that the deadline is approaching and their system is twitchy. They will extend the date or send you a full DVD of your photos

Servers were in maintenance last night whilst they updated the backend to support the new updates in the MDE app.
