Water parks at weekends
I'm trying to plan for our holiday next May and the best way I can make everything fit only leaves Saturday 3rd June for Typhoon Lagoon. Just how busier are the water parks at the weekend? If I booked reserved seating is it going to be ok or is it just not even worth thinking about? I've seen people posting they won't ever go on weekends, is it really that bad?

I don't do the waterparks so really not the best person to answer this, but I will say that if you listened to every "don't go here on X day because it's busy" you'd end up sitting in your hotel room the entire time.
Particularly for the first weekend in June, which is going to be busy being at the start of the US summer holidays. I just checked on the busy day guide and while there's not crowd numbers for the waterparks, it had pretty much every park in not recommended. If that's when fits in your schedule best, I say go and make the best of it. |

I have to agree with loldis, it's nearly impossible to not do something o the preferred day. I have also noticed that various crowd calender's contradict each other.

Thanks guys, I'm just getting into a bit of a panic as our only other water park day planned is blizzard beach on Memorial Day which is bound to be really busy too. I guess we'll just have to see how it is

The parks will be even busier, they really will
we always do the water parks on the weekends, we avoid the main parks at the weekends, they are always rammed shopping and water parks for the weekend arrive at opening time, it'll start to get busy lunch time, stick at it till 2 or 3 and then leave |
