Help! Netflix and Nowtv

We have had Netflix for a while, yesterday got a Nowtv box and free trial ,( getting rid of Sky) Nowtv is working fine, but how do we watch Netflix? Do we have to turn the Nowtv box off?

You should be able to switch sources. Is Netflix on a smart tv?

Assuming you have Netflix on either the smart TV app or another device you can just switch source as you did when you went from sky to now TV. We have both as apps on the down stairs TV (and I have them as apps on my Apple TV) and we just prod the relevant buttons to change the source.

How did you used to watch it? I have a smart tv that has both netflix and nowtv apps installed, I just open the app I want to use from the menu. Although we've since cancelled now, netflix we dip in and out of depending what's on. Tend to binge watch a new season on release and then cancel until the next one.

Our Netflix is through our Virgin TV. Now TV is through a plug in box into a separate HDMI connection. When we want to watch the Now TV we select the other HDMI input via the main TV remote.

Does your tv control have a hdmi button, if so press that till it comes up. If not the source button which is a rectangle with an arrow pointing into it. That should change it.

Stupid question, but did you have to unplug the PS3 to plug in the Now box? If so, did you plug it back in? Only asking as a telly we had until quite recently didn't have enough HDMI connections to keep everything plugged in at once, so had to keep switching things.

Otherwise agree with above - look for a HDMI/Source/Input button on your telly remote and press that. It'll either bring up a source menu or switch to the next available input. Keep selecting inputs until you find the PS3.

We've always used the Sky remote. TV remote has been unused for so long it's dead. Can we change source on Nowtv?

Pretty sure I haven't unplugged anything from PS3 . The power is still on it but it's sharing AV7 with NowTv, is this the problem? Should they be on different channels?
