DVC rental - how likely am I to get Grand Californian and Aulani at 11 months?

I've put in a reservation request today for both resorts for next August

As it's not at 11 months yet I've asked dvcrental to hold onto my request to process at the 11 month date.

The confirmation email they've sent says that due to high demand they may not have the points available to make the booking. Not sure if that's a standard response or not.

They also stated that Grand Californian is very popular and there may not be availability.

Just wondering about others experiences of getting these resorts at 11 months.

We own at VGC and have never had trouble at 11 months, however I did have problems booking at just under ten months a couple of years ago for beginning of September and another year could not get a studio or one bed at 7 months (this was before we owned there).
