Power Outage Map

For those curious about power outages...

s3.amazonaws/outagemap.d...l/default.html

It will show you which areas have and don't have power.

Wow... I'm going to assume that this means no power at the theme parks?

Does anyone know how long it normally takes the power companies to get power back up and running in the Orlando area using past experiences?

Our villa owner has contacted us to say that there's no power and it could take 7 - 10 days before it's restored but then they're in the UK right now so might not be that accurate.

Disney definitely have power I'm sure they have their own power supply. Seaworld have already confirmed they have power and I would think universal will too.

Thanks for this - don't know if self developed or linked to from elsewhere, but very comprehensive and helpful.

I don't think it really shows that. It just shows the density of customers affected. In some areas it's not many and in other areas it's loads.

We got power back at around 5pm US time & so grateful for that; however it is very localised & those a few blocks away don't so I agree that it just indicates the extent of disruption.
We're in Pinellas with around 400,000+ out of power; some residents who live down the street have checked into our hotel as their homes have no power.

Edited at 12:49 AM.

Well thanks for that. I was only trying to help people see where power could be down.

The color keys show that it can vary from 1 to 1000's of people without power.

You are welcome.

I saw it online and thought I would share. At least some people are finding it useful
