We are all trying to play detective we don't even know if she has been raped as there is no evidence of that yet and we all have our suspicions of who has done it, good job none of us are on the jury

If he was going to drug the wine then surely he'd have done it in the kitchen and just given her the glass.

If he did drug it in the lounge it would have been easier to just have leaned over and put it in her glass, rather than swapping them.
