Thing is that one extra hour could be the be the difference between a park day and a bed day.

I'm actually hoping my CFS will help with the jet lag!

I have a home assessment for PIP this coming Thurs so that's playing on my mind a lot right now too.

Good luck with the PIP assessment. I've heard from an acquaintance who works with benefit claims that a huge percentage of people with ME/CFS/fibromyalgia get refused initially and that about 80% of those refusals are overturned on appeal. I know it varies by area but be prepared to appeal, as it seems that only the appeals actually get seen by someone who understands these conditions. Good luck.
