Has anyone booked with them recently? I've only used them once before as prefer to book direct, this time they are coming out cheaper.

Last time we ended up cancelling as they contacted us a few days after we'd booked to say the price had gone up, it was a budget trip so we said no thanks.

This time we're booking with friends too so I feel kind of responsible for making sure it all goes ok. Were we just unlucky or is this a common occurrence?

We booked with them when we went in January and had no problems at all. We are looking to book for August next year and will be using them again

I used them in May and everything was brilliant . We stayed in Newport Bay and they honoured the free breakfast which was available when we originally booked. The vouchers for Earl of Sandwich were easy to use and worked more than once. I would book with them again.

We've booked with them twice, once for May this year and I've just booked April next year.
I found if you phone them up they can give you better prices than the website, I also managed to get free photopass.
