Car rental via virgin holidays

I check VH car hire prices every time I book a holiday and in the past 10 years I can honestly say they've been one of the most expensive.

I emailed them yesterday and got an email saying they will be in touch shortly. Still awaiting an answer from them. Will let you know as soon as I hear back.

Hi Virgin have just called me to confirm that there is no cancellation charge. She then tried to cancel at her end but the charge was showing. She said there was an error on the site which she would have looked at. In the end she cancelled and removed the charge for me. Until they sort out the error on the site you may have to call to cancel.

Hi all I just cancelled my booking by emailing them at cancel@virginholidays.com as I couldn't get through on the phone. Got a reply the next day saying it was cancelled and would be debited to my account in 3 to 5 days
