Express passes for child under 2

We are staying on site at RPR for 3 nights next year. Our son, daughter in law and our grandson who will be 22 months old will be traveling with us. We know the adults will be entitled to front of line express passes but what about our grandson as he doesn't actually need a ticket to enter the parks because he is under 3. Are we correct in assuming he will just be allowed on whichever ride is suitable with us without an express ticket for him. Thanks for any tips/advice it is much appreciated. X

As he wont have a ticket to get it in he would just go with whoever is carrying him onto rides, if they have express pass then so will the toddler
