We got a virtual timeslot of between 3.30 and 4.30. No queue to get into the actual theatre/attraction but once inside was told we had to wait around 30-40 minutes to get on the actual ride. You are allocated a colour card when you get into the actual building, but there were 3 colours scheduled to go in before us. The CM told us it took around 10-12 minutes to board each colour? sometimes longer. Needless to say we didn't hang around and left immediately. The videos around the waiting area were really stupid and so not funny
