Via Napoli (EPCOT)

Has anyone sat in and shared a pizza at Via Napoli in EPCOT?

Looking at the menu online at Via Napoli it says 'serving' above the price on the pizzas, so if a pizza says it serves 2-3 people does that mean it's $31 for the whole pizza which will serve 2-3 people or will it be $31 per serving meaning it's actually $62 or whatever, does that make sense?

We've used all our TS credits and not included Via Napoli so was thinking of sharing a couple of pizza's for lunch as we don't want massive portions in the middle of the day

Goodness, just looked at their menu. Some of the pizzas are 45 dollars! How does that work with the Dining Plan?
Are the pizzas topped with gold?
Wow, shocked at the prices.

I know there is a lot of love for Via Napoli on the Dibb but I found it an utter rip off. For $45 you get the sharing pizza. 2 barely fed 5 kids ( 4 under 10 at the time). The prices are jist mind boggling imo and not warranted; i think here as in many other Disney establishments the prices are reflective of the fact that a huge percentage of people are on the Dining Plan and this makes it look better value.
$31 Is for the whole pizza so you'd be better off getting individual 10 inch pizzas if it's for more than 2 people as 2 x 10 inches = 2 x 25 cm approx and the sharing pizza is 50cm so for any more than 2 people get individual ones.

This is the large one for 5 people. The base is very thin and we were all had it for lunch and we were hungry not long after it , even after starters and desserts . It’s expensice if you go for individual ones

If you want pizza go to blaze at ds .

The big one pictured above isn't bad value for 4 people as it works out at about $10 a head.
All Disney food is a rip off, this isn't too bad for 4.

I think it's a bit generalist to say "all Disney food is a rip off". You'll find many good reviews if Disney restaurants and there is so much more choice of food and prices than there used to be. Also portions are large so you can often share. I don't think it's fair to put people off this way.

$45 for a pizza sounds & is expensive but a lot of it is the "fault" of the FX rate: At $2:£1 it's only £22 but on the real FX rate it's closer to £34. We got the sharing pizza last time, half & half,& it fed 2 of us, good pizza just a tad expensive.

LRMD a bit of a mixed bag, reports of single pizza only but others where they have been able to get a sharing pizza & they take x number of credits.

We have eaten here 3 times, their first occasion was great...food quality, service and options...the next occasion was very poor, food was warm and not hot (maybe should have complained) but we just let it go and went back last year & I really wish we hadn't...options of what we could order were very limited on the DDP, service was awful, Felt like we were being pressured to buy outside of the DDP extras...
