Have done Crystal Palace on both our trips on the first morning. Nothing beats getting into park early for the ADR and love the buffet and characters there.

We did Chef Mickey and 1900 Park Fayre within the MK resort and Tusker House in AK (all on DDP)

It's hard to compare them to each other, but for meeting the main characters in the costumes you'd know them by then Chef Mickey is great.

Tusker has slightly more adventurous food options so if you have picky eaters you may not get your money's worth.

You could also do Ohana at the nearby Polynesian hotel which is on the monorail loop.

Hi, this is the link to all the character dining experiences available at WDW- disneyworld.disney.go/en...racter-dining/

As you will see, there are loads of options so I would suggest you figure out what sort of characters you’d want to meet first before deciding on the restaurant, resort or park. No need to limit yourself to just MK unless you absolutley have to for a particular reason?
