MNSSHP ticket help

Hi,

I ordered 5 Halloween tickets for the 28th August, they have linked up to My Disney Experience (automatically), but I thought I had to take a confirmation email to guest services to be issued with actual tickets? I can not find that I received an email

Is anyone aware whether I should have received an email or had some sort of confirmation? Although they are linked to MDE I am still worried that might not be enough when I arrive. We are not staying onsite so they are not linked to any magic bands.

I brought them directly from Disney via the website.

Pretty sure if they're linked to MDE and you have the cards (credit card type tickets) then that's all you need. We have the cards (bought from ATD) and they're linked to MDE

Unless you bought discounted (DVC or AP) tickets, you will not need to show anything when you arrive. If the tickets are linked to MDE, you are good to go - just scan your band when you arrive at the turnstiles (if you're arriving early (between 4 and 7) there will be specific turnstiles you have to use (well signposted).

I linked mine to MDE...I already have magic bands from last year so I’m assuming they will get us in... unless I’m wrong!

Oooh and don’t forget to book your fastpasses! I booked 3...last ones are 5:25pm to 6pm.

Edited at 09:12 AM.

I bought them direct for Disney, they linked automatically to MDE but I also had an email confirmation to say I bought them

Bought mine from Disney, I did get a confirmation, tickets went on the magic band. This was a few years ago now, maybe they have stopped with the confirmation. As long as its on MDE, you shouldnt need to take anything.

If you don't have Magic Bands from a previous stay that you can use, you will need to visit the will call/ticket booth when you arrive, they will be able to track your order from your email address (MDE account) and will give you plastic tickets to enter the park with.

I think you will need to go to guest services to get a ticket to be scanned at the turnstile. When we booked via Disney we got an email with our tickets attached. I would email Disney, they're usually really helpful. We're going on the 28th too!

Thank you all for your replies. Our magic bands are over 2 years old and we fancy new ones so plan to buy some when we are there. We brought direct from Disney and did not select to be sent actual tickets (credit card style ones) so would have thought I would have had an email.
We are all assigned a ticket on MDE - which is a good sign.
I might email Disney just to be sure though.
