I wonder if they'll be vetting the applicants. Because of the very limited number, it will be like a feeding frenzy for the flippers. If you only need to put $25k down, what kind of return could you make just by getting your deposit taken? I reckon that for a $3m house, you'd be able to make 10 times your deposit in a matter of minutes. They'll have to put a restriction on how long you have to own it before you sell to stop this. I haven't read the website so don't know if this is stated there.

If only... really would be a dream. Can you image having that type of property in the family, OMG what amazing memories you would have. All the Disney dinning places would be your local restaurants and I bet your private concierge could get you in anywhere!
