I'm not suggesting otherwise. The ratio of booze to juice may leave a little to be desired however!

When we have done the longer cruises like the WBTA we usually sit up on deck in the same place (top Deck in front of the Funnel) we order the DOTD regularly and after the 1st one I used to say can I have a little bit more alcohol next time please... extra $ on the Bill for them even though the tip is added anyway works wonders lol

I always tip more than the auto-added gratuity for everything we have on board.
It's going a bit off-topic, but there's nothing like a cruise to drive home the lottery of life. I was born in the UK and it's primarily for that reason that I'm able to take my family away for three weeks doing amazing things. The bar-tenders, waiters and room hosts on ships weren't lucky enough to be born in the UK and as a result work very long days, with little or no days off and rarely get to see their families. Cruising costs us thousands of pounds - giving a few extra dollars every time we interact with people working on the ships is neither here nor there. |

Well said ... they are really hard workers and always try to give you the best experience they can... we take them gifts like British Chocolate and sweets I even leave my magazines for them lol and sometimes I wish I can take them home with me as they look after you so much... we always tip an extra $ on drinks bills and give our stateroom host extra $$ and also our servers ...
