It was carbonara cause we had a ham joint last night that I’d thought
Would do 2dayys it the lads and us ate it with Ayrshire tattles and cabbage sojust trimmings left padded out with mushrooms from the community allotment Strawberries were for pud but they ate them before going home
Lentil soup made and in the freezer from the stock for them at lunch time next week

My son got picked for this with his school and after the visit he went to London and met with survivors of the camps (this was a few years ago). He found it so interesting . He nearly didn’t get there though- we went to check him in and he realised he had left his passport on kitchen side 😱

You have been busy Gryff, I love lentil soup think I will make a pot at the weekend. Thanks for all the food tips thats me sorted for a few days 😊

That must have been such an amazing trip for your son. Sorry I laughed at the passport bit sounds like something we would do.
