Daughter is of to Hertfordshire for an interview today. 3 trains, set of at 9.30 and she txt a few minutes ago to say she's made her 1st connection ok. So proud of her doing this on her own, definitely being a grown up now 😁

So DD had her interview at Hertfordshire uni yesterday and she got an email whilst she was on the train home saying she has a conditional offer. 2 more interviews to go, 1 of them being her 1st choice but she is feeling more confident now she has 2 offers 😀

So we’ve asked and it’s unconditional insurance or firm so that’s took a lot of pressure off . We are Going for the taster days for sheff uni and Hallam then he will decide for def but my thinking is put sheff uni ( AAB) as his firm and Hallam as insurance , that way hes going regardless of the grades he achieves ( biology being the one subject he’s panicking in ) . Not sure about picking accommodation with insurance but well ask at the taster day . Any thoughts otherwise ?
