You have to "buy/reserve" something over £20 then it says it on there. You don't have to put in any payment details - if you put in the promo code it sort of seems to bypass that it looks like. You get an email with your order on it with a promo code for FastTrack. Click the link, book your FastTrack then you get an email with your tickets on and print them out. I didn't have to put in any payment details and I've got my tickets printed out.

I went in May, didn't collect my order and wasn't billed as I didn't put card details in and haven't heard from them since.
