BOG ordering food problems?

Hello

We've got Be our Guest booked for lunch on the 18th November and although we can choose what we'd like to book, it won't let us place the order. We've also got one booked later in the week and we can't finalise that one either.

I just wonder if anyone else has had this problem and do we need to phone them to get it sorted, as we really don't want to end up in the queue to order on the day.

If we do need to phone them, does anyone have the phone number please?

I know you can do mobile food ordering on the day, don't think you can do it a week in advance, can you?

You can with Be our Guest, you can order when you have 30 days before your reservation. Up until now we've always managed to order every time and I can get as far as ordering it just won't let me place the order.

We went this morning and ordered from the screens which only took a couple of minutes. Staff there to help if needed and they ask if any special diet requirements. Very easy. Have now booked to go back later in the week.
