Quick Landry Card Question
Friends of mine are doing their first WDW trip this October. Complete newbies to it all. They are staying onsite for the full holiday and they are on the full DDP. Therefore they wouldn’t benefit from purchasing a Landry Card. I did wonder though if I could give them my card so they could only use it for priority seating at the relevant Disney restaurants? What do you think?

That is a kind thing to do for them, but would suggest they apply for their own to be honest. They may not benefit much - unless they visit more than once, but would they be comfortable being called by your name by the manager - all the time. (My kids still ask me "Is everything good for you there Mrs WIB")

You’re right - ‘honesty is the best policy’! Compared to the rest of the holiday, a Landry card purchase is peanuts.

I've lent my card to family. Not sure I should have but they didn't encounter any problems. Dbil was even able to make use of dh's Birthday credit.

I done the same, gave to our young neighbours and they used it and got the $25 off as it was my birthday month...!...they then used it again and go the $25 bonus dollars off...
The nearly mucked it up though as they didn't recognize the surname being called by the staff when their table was ready as it was my name being called obviously... took them a minute to work it out...! |

Thanks for the replies. I’ll let my friends know that it is possible and then they can decide if they want to do it.
