I make mine with strong cheddar, Parmesan and Philadelphia and occasionally put chopped bacon in - really tasty.
Agreed! Smoked bacon and chopped jalapeños in mine, strong cheddar and Parmesan cheese 👍

My son loves Mac and Cheese in the US, I make this at home for him and get no complaints, he has the leftovers the next day so must be good!
