So im currently on hold on the number displayed at the top of the dlp pg- is this the right one? Im booked via the german site.

Yes it is is there an alternative or just try again later? Already been on hold for 39 minutes 😭

The 0800 number went straight through but they cant deal with my booking as it was booked on german site

That's a pain. Try the 0333 one maybe? I'm not sure if they end up in the same place or not.
