I was looking at a Benidorm forum on Facebook yesterday and they're saying all the talk of fresh outbreaks is nonsense.

There was film up and people were out walking are all wearing masks except for the people sitting down eating and drinking.

The new town is very quiet but the old town was more lively.

I'm looking forward to going there in the New Year and really hope I this one doesn't get cancelled, too.

I wouldn't, mostly (but not completely) because of the quarantine period upon returning home. I cannot do my job from home and my company made it quite clear that we will have to take unpaid leave if we choose to go away and have to quarantine on our return. And since these quarantine rules can come into effect with no warning I'm not taking the risk of going anywhere this year.
