This dinner was a last minute decision - The Turf Club

BBQ ribs - supposed to come with fries but I got a switch to mash

Scallops plus shrimp skewers enhancement

For such a large resort this place was dead, there were only 3 tables occupied at 9pm when we checked in and by 10pm we were on our own. A pity this because the food was good, our server was lovely and the Manager came over to thank us for coming at first, then to check all was ok during the meal, so he is trying. There is also a $58 three course set menu with a 16oz T bone on it which looks good value.

First scallops for P of the trip (why’s it took so long?) and they were perfectly cooked. Meat fell off my ribs, good job there’s a washer in a one bed to rescue the shirt . The starter was good the shrimp were perfectly crispy on the outside without being over cooked in the middle.

I suspect the Manager was Steve. Lovely Guy, got triplets! We know Tracey your server very well

Never been to the Turf Club but the meals look good.

Really good and the prices are ok too - particularly my special @ $10.20
