The Four Seasons looks amazing - Id only want to leave it to get cheaper meals!

Last night at the Four and really didn’t want to leave, not even for dinner, so down in the lift it was and back to Ravello.

PIZZA ALLA SALSICCIA
Homemade Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Cured Ham, Mozzarella, Basil Oil

RISOTTO AI GAMBERI
Pan Seared Cape Canaveral Shrimp Risotto, Roasted Tomato, Watercress Mint Pesto, Pistachio

TORTA AL NOCCIOLE
Candied Piedmont Hazelnuts, Gianduja Cream

The description ‘perfect’ seems a little brief for this meal but it’s what comes to mind first. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Even the simple pizza was raised to a new level. I’ve eaten more than my fair share of ‘meat feasts’ over the years but this was the best yet. Stephen, our sever, has been there since opening day and we remembered him from our first visit - a great example of how excellent service should be handled.

If you fancy a taxi ride and a look round the resort a dinner ADR at Ravello would be the perfect excuse.

BJs looked very tasty indeed, as does Ravello...obviously two very different meals-I could just drink those cocktails!

Rebellion looks stunning! That dessert 🤤

Also I was just browsing their menus out of interest and noted they do a buffet breakfast with bottomless mimosa or Bloody Mary for $55 - no details on contents but given the price that seems very reasonable... I wonder if that part is guests only

Check opentable for reservations if it’s on there it’s open to the public. I think it is. Watch it though 2 (or 3 in peak periods) days a week is the character breakfast.
