cube up the leftovers and make a curry or goulash type dish with it. it wont need cooking very long because the meat is already done...

I reheat pork. Stroganoff Risotto curry sir fry or shred it. Whatever I'm doing, I do make sure it's only reheated once (so no extra curry for freezer). And make sure its properly hot for several minutes.

We love shredded pork with bbq sauce on top of chips with mozzarella, cheese, red onion, smoked sausage. Or anything you fancy and make dirty fries for a treat at the weekend. Delicious
