planing for 2022

hi

was planing to go oct 2021 but with whats gone on in the world will leave it till 2022

i am looking for a villa 6 bed room close to Disney

the ones i am looking at are

storey lake
emerald island
champions gate

storey lake would be my first choice
close to disney I drive etc
villas are new ish
there's a club house pool etc

as anyone been ?

the next issue is who to use to book it
dont want to use homeaway as i have booked with them for 2021
there a charge for using them with 3rd party bookings

any advice would be great

I booked through LoyaltyUSA in 2017 and again for our next trip in 2022, not the cheapest but they were very helpful and when the pool turned green with algae they had the pool man there within the hour. They gave me 2022 at 2021 prices and only wanted $100 deposit with the balance paying a couple of weeks before we go.

They have properties everywhere, we are staying in Formosa gardens which is nice and fairly central for Disney, Universal is just up the I4, it doesn't have a communal pool though.

Also an excellent selection of DIBB villas to have a look at.
