Yep, my real name, and proper bank details and everything correct in my address EXCEPT the postcode box. The first time I put in my proper postcode and got the error that some details are not correct. I know because of Brenda and the gang that USA postcodes are 5 numbers so I just tried 5 full stops but that didn't work either, so then I just put 90210 and volia payment went through

Just checked the Universal Hollywood site and I can still purchase tickets so I’ll wait till nearer the time

I literally just placed my order 10 minutes ago, and used my normal details saved in the account before trying the 90210 zipcode. The order was accepted for processing, and ive got an email confirming that, but that’s the same thing that happened yesterday, and it was a few hours before I got an email to say that it hadn’t completed.

Will let you know if I get anything back later on today!

Great! Thank you! 😊 Fingers crosses it goes through ok... are you paying with a credit or debit card? Does that make a difference to it going through with a UK postcode or not?

I hope so! I have the Halifax clarity card so I was using that because it’s being paid in dollars. I don’t really know what happened yesterday, because it went through first time today when I placed the order :S just hoping it actually goes through

Yes we’re the same with the card... fingers crossed yours goes through ok (and outs later when we get them) It’s another ‘worry’ off the long list of worries at the moment...

Doesn’t seem to have worked for me again! Just got two emails again to say that they couldn’t process my order as requested, I haven’t been charged and to call up an agent for assistance

That was with my own, normal post code. I’m actually wondering whether to just buy them on undercover tourist as I can see that’s an e-ticket, valid for January 2022. I’ve just had an online chat with them also and they’ve told me you can upgrade to a park hopper ticket from the base ticket as well so that’s good to know!
