I absolutely love Waitrose. Sadly ours isn't that big so although it's very good the range just isn't there.

What started us was their baked beans with sausage [I know, daft eh], it gradually built from there. We're between two Lidl's, both offer very good quality fruit and veg and, so far, all their European branded equivalents are excellent - their Tower biscuit selection is superb and far cheaper, hubs likes the Rich Tea/Digestive. If you like cheese Lidl sell, in their Luxury range, a superb Somerset Vintage cheddar 6 Strength [mouth watering just thinking of it!).

Over the last two years we've noticed a huge Lidl customer footfall increase. Mother goes at 8am, once there'd be nobody else waiting, now the car park is almost full.

I now only go to Tesco when decaf L'Or is on sale at £2.49, or Kahlua, £3 a bottle off, but recently Sainsbury's has been taking £4 off, so that's the winner Friends working in Tesco and Sainsbury say customer footfall has significantly reduced and many lines removed. Our Tesco pal said even with his employee discount Lidl's still cheaper for him, which he needs with hungry bairns to feed

My sister and I both had £10 off minimum spend £10 , a free tote bag and a free filter coffee, tea or americano (ordered a cappuccino after asking a member of staff if it was ok. Wouldn’t take it from my sparks card but they gave it to me for free anyway). I bought 3 t shirts at £6.50 each on 3 for 2 so only paid £3. Just checked and I now have a free packet of Percy pigs to collect 😍 x

Just me I know but I detest candy so don’t like Percy Pigs. However the children and grandchildren love them so I must be wrong!

I might have gone in for a free bag of percy pigs but all I had was the free bag offer. Mind you I haven't been into M&S since before lockdown and the only thing I've purchased online recently is flowers.

Decaf only, L'Or being our favourite, hence Ziplocking 1.2kg for Bokeelia I carry L'Or/CoffeeMate to make coffee onboard, airline coffee is too strong. I'd try the one you suggest if available in decaf.
