We are two adults too and think this itinerary is far far too busy. As my DH would say, you will be “parked out” if you go at this rate. I would slot a couple of rest days in there, pool, spa or shopping for example.

Fifteen hours in one park is not something I could do and I would rethink the 12th. We have an evening event at Animal Kingdom tonight and after ten days of parks we have decided to have a chill out day and go to dinner and then the event later.

Your Typhoon Lagoon is in a Saturday I notice, the usual advice is to avoid water parks at the weekend so I would swap that so it falls on Monday - Wednesday.
