Anyone going to the Newbury Motorhome show?

Anyone going to the Newbury Motorhome show weekend after next. I don’t have a motorhome or even plan to buy one but I’m still going to the Motorhome show.

I will probably buy a cake and a latte at the show and realise that most Motorhomes are far too small for me and Mrs MH because we have to have separate bedrooms and I can’t be doing with all that nonsense of making the seats or diner into a bed so I will stick with my little boat for days out.

I used to go to the ideal home show and the boat show, I don’t have a ideal home or boat. I also went to a show dedicated to Chocolate where a £1 bar cost £3, used to get ripped off with some disgusting food and leave and come home!

I've been to the ideal home once and that was enough. I also went to the boat show at Earls Court years ago.

Some of the shows are a con because a dog show coming up is around £20 to get in to see dogs I can see in the park for free and endless stalls selling old tat.

The chocolate show sounds like the Epcot shopping centre where it cost a fortune to get in, a small fortune to park your car and a Toblerone bar cost £10 but only cost £3 in the supermarket

Dogs are allowed at most dog shows, but not crufts unless your dog is part of the exhibition.
