I'd say it means something you didn't plan on, so a bonus really . We just went for a walk and ended up with a cheeky coffee 😁

So most people are cheeky everyday because they don’t plan everything they do or things they buy well in advance. I went to the woods last minute yesterday, but I wouldn’t dream of saying I went for a ‘cheeky’ walk around the woods

I just looked on amazon and bought a cheeky alloy wheel brush for cleaning the car wheels (I hadn’t planned to buy it in advance).

You could say that you went for a "cheeky walk" if you wanted. However, it tends to be used more for things that are self-indulgent (you may consider a walk around the woods somewhat self-indulgent?).

For example, I wouldn't say that I went to Tesco and bought myself a cheeky packet of toilet rolls. Whereas I might say that I helped myself to a cheeky bottle of wine whilst at Tesco.

When you say 'helped yourself' to a cheeky bottle of wine do you mean you stole it?

I actually said I’d go for a cheeky pizza on a Pizza Express Twitter comp and won a £100 gift card (true story). I ate there and what was very cheeky was £100 didn’t cover a meal for four of us!

So it came to £105 and you are complaining that you had to pay a fiver for 4 meals.

I think you're the one who has a cheek
