Gluten Free Offsite

Does anyone know if any off site restaurants/diners etc would cater for Gluten Free?

I’ve been spoilt in the Disney Bubble and been able to get whatever I want Gluten Free such as waffles, pancakes, pizza and pasta.

Now it’s looking less likely that we won’t be eating on site all the time if paying for everything ourselves I did wonder if I’d be catered for out of the Disney bubble.

I’ve tried looking online but all I can find are posts about GF at Disney.

If I can’t guarantee I can find something then it might be a value resort with the QSDP paid if Disney are offering them.

I have no issues eating gluten free off site just ask the server what’s suitable if it’s not on the menu
And all the supermarkets have great gluten free aisles for snacks and food
They do it so much better in the US than here honestly

Partly depends on whether you are gluten intolerant of celiac.

If just gluten intolerant then loads of choice. Celiac you will need to investigate more but you will find more choice than you would in the UK.

I am coeliac and ate at Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster BJ brew ( I think that is the name but had a massive GF menu), Raglan Road, T. rex, Rainforest Cafe. City walk was Anjoitos, Bubba Gump, Hard Rock Cafe.

Thank you for your reassurance that I'd be able to get something to eat.
I'm a coeliac so need to be more careful than if I had an intolerance.

Wife got diagnosed with coeliac a few years ago and we have been twice since, most places have a good gluten free menu and I found that the staff were more knowledgeable about it than over here.
