How to book Topolinos Character breakfast?

Hi all.
We are currently booked to go end of August( very unlikely I guess that we will actually go ) but if we do, do you know how to book this Character Breakfast ? , I can�t seem to find a way of doing this going through the normal routes on the website or MDE app ? Many thanks if You can help.

Think you can only book at 60 days at the moment.

It should be 60 day booking, which means some dates in August can be booked. However it doesn�t look like there are any breakfast reservations being taken at the moment and the only places that can be booked for other times are all in Disney Springs.

Thanks , yep we�re under 60 days but can�t see that I can book it at all. I saw a couple of YouTube vloggers eating there this week so thought it must be ok to book now
