Villa area recommendations

Hi, we’ve not stayed in a villa before but are starting to consider it. Could anyone recommend an area that would have the following- villas with enclosed private pools, 15 mins ish max from Disney, modern interior, large communal pool preferably with water slides, restaurants and shops nearby (around 5 miles max) Not sure if all that’s possible but that’s ideally what we’d like!

Windsor Hills, it has all you need and is a wonderful gated community. It offers everything from 2 bed condos, townhouses with splash pools to private villas from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The community facilities are amazing and local to restaurants and attractions. You can get to Disney down a back road to avoid the I4.
