Dreamworld Travel

Anyone had issues with Dreamworld Travel ?. I booked flights with them earlier in the year for travel Glasgow to Orlando this November. I was given an airline booking ref and booked my seats online with Virgin as I am travelling Premium Economy. I checked my booking last week due to uncertainty of Virgin still flying direct from Glasgow this year, only to find my booking was gone. I contacted Virgin on whats app and was advised the booking was removed on 14/5 and I would have to contact the booking agent to ask why. I emailed DWT and after several emails back and forward, the long and short version is that they will not issue me with an airline booking ref as it may change again before November. This means i cannot book my seats despite paying nearly £800 each for our tickets and this is worrying me as I am a nervous flyer and need to sit with my husband. To add to this , there is uncertainty as to whether the flights will be operating from Glasgow direct, I may not be informed of any changes ..Does anyone have any advice ?.
