Advice about electric mobility scooter hire

Hi all
My sister will need an electric mobility scooter, we would like to have one brought in to the hotel. We are staying at ANIMAL KINGDOM LODGE. My first query is: What are the preferred companies that will drop off and collect possibly without us being there as we don't get Into Sanford till 4:15pm so I'm guessing we won't be at the hotel till 7/8pm poss later.
Secondly how do we order from the UK. Any simple advice please.
Also the they offer extras with the scooter, for example a sun canopy and storage for crutches.

i think Scooterbug are now the only company which will deliver and collect a scooter without you being there. I guess you can order online from their website.
