We rarely do the all theme parks (controversial, I know!). We enjoy having walks around Bok Tower Gardens (off H27 south), visits to Lavender and Lace Tea rooms, trips to the coast to go Dolphin watching, Blue Springs State Park to look for Manatees and do a river boat tour to spot wildlife, Amazing Animals in St Cloud for a private tour of the animals, going walks around some of the other lakes at Celebration. We even went to a couple of the outdoor community pools last year which were great - Lake Eva Aquatics Center and also Bob Makinson Aquatic Center. Only a few $ to get in and really really lovely for a relaxing pool day with the locals! My DD6 loves it there because the kids pools are excellent and my DH loves it because they have 'proper' swimming pools and full depth diving pools/boards too. I just loved lazing on the sun loungers and drinking the amazing milkshakes they sell at concessions!
