Me and I loved them.
Used to be so cold in our house we had ice on the inside of the windows and they always felt so snuggly to me on a bed with sheets and cellular blankets and an eiderdown!

I’ve got a fancy over the bath thing holds in no particular order a wine bottle and glass a book and a candle it was a hand made gift from a friend
Oh and how many things were made AKA blue Peter with a fairy or squzeey bottle
Recycling at its best using them

Oh heck I have flannel well now called brushed cotton sheets duvet cover etc for our bed in the winter but we use a 4 tog quilt max all year
It I draw the line at Brentford Nylon sheets
My lot had a right laugh earlier on at pictures of me in my first Student Nurse / Staff Nurse then Sisters uniform aprons and capes and oh how I loved that cape in old Victorian hospital wards on night shift then my Glengarry Hat when I went on to district
Then at the end my tunic / scrubs
One pic b&W they thought my mum was me even DH said that’s you yep same uniform same cuffs and frilly hat the picture of me and mum in the same uniform together was one of my Dads favourite pictures and it’s mine but the boys didn’t see it till tonight
