I’m sorry to see your trip has been cancelled. Our May trip was cancelled but we moved to next May with the 125% credit and upgraded our rooms to Queens Grill. The cruises are ‘paused’ till April so fingers crossed we get to go in May but if not we will move again. Just need to wait and see.

Bit of a sad update to this - Cunard recently emailed me to say that because they have had to cancel all this year's sailings and most of next year's, too, they are concentrating on the 100-day round the world sailings in 2022 and therefore our cruise has been cancelled. They will give us 125% of our deposit in cruise credit if we want to book that cruise, otherwise we will have to just suck it up and wait forever for our deposit back in actual money. Much as we would have loved to have gone on the round the world cruise, the £12k each price tag put me off somewhat so I've opted for the refund! Ah well, the best laid plans and all that.

Sad to hear. Just to say I don't think they were saying you had to move it to the world cruise as others have been able to move it to any cruise from next April onwards but I appreciate that sometimes its better to get the refund. I've moved 2 cruises this year (not cunard) and think that at least one of them (Christmas cruise) will end up being cancelled and I'll have to move again.

Cunard cancelled our mini-cruise to Hamburg in January and as we have never cruised before did not want to rebook another one just yet. The good news was when the refund application hit my email box it only took about one week to get our deposit refund cheque. 😀😀😀
