We had a cruise booked for May and another for September. I’m moving the May one to 2022 and I’m thinking in another year vaccine will be everywhere so the September one is a reasonable bet.

My cruise is booked on 23rd April 2021 and can’t see it happening.

But what I’m worried about is from the 18 April to 22nd is we are supposed to be in New York so how would we get tested.

I’m sure we will have to test before NY, while in NY and again at the Port?

I would assume that if you are travelling before the cruise then you would have to find one locally I guess but the cruiselines probably will have something in place around this nearer the sail time. Currently until a cruiseline restarts we wont be clear on any of it. What I would think is that there will be lots of places in somewhere like New York to get tested once things are returning to normal but who knows.

I know Alaska Air have a test site in Seattle for anyone wanting to test before flying to Alaska as I have read it on their website. It gets the results in 2 hours.

I know that wont help you but I am sure all the companies will be setting up these centres soon just to get travel moving.

I still technically have December (waiting for it to be cancelled in all honesty but I would love to cruise for Christmas) and then I have May next year booked. I think we are moving the December one to April (just waiting for the official word its cancelled)
