A great mini-trippie Neil. It was lovely to read about more of your travels.

Copenhagen is on Martin’s wish list to visit, and you’ve certainly piqued my interest. I wasn’t sure what time of year to visit, but it looks like you had fabulous weather.

How many nights would you recommend staying for?

The round tower was one of my favourites too, loved how you walked up the inside on a slope, made a change to steps!

Hi Jo,

Really is a lovely city, June was a great time to visit, once the weather gets sunny everybody is outside with loads to do enjoying the good weather. Lots on in the evenings too and some museums had late nights which meant we could do more.

4 nights was ideal - we had nearly 5 full days and easily filled them. There where things on the card we didn’t too and could certainly make another trip again. The card also covered travel out of the city (and attractions) which we just ran out of time for but we’d certainly head back to explore further afield and see some more of the surrounding area, it was lovely.

What a great report loved reading it & your pics are lovely! We’ve just booked to go in March, I’m sure it’ll be freezing but it’ll be grand! I have a lot of the places on my list that you have visited so I think the card is probably worthwhile. You’re very brave for going up that spire! Not a chance will you get me up there, but hubby yes!
I think the amusement park is closed in March, but can you still walk around Tivoli if it is?

Went with ds a few years ago just before Christmas
On arrival we got the train into the centre and stopped off at the amazing aquarium they have. We both really enjoyed it. Also spent a few hours at Tivoli gardens, would recommend going later in the day as it lacked atmosphere when it first opened

From what I’ve read it seems closed in March, just my luck!

I just moved my dates forward by 2 weeks so I can s see Tivoli gardens. It seems to be open in February 2021 from the 11th but definitely closed in March. So all is good now!
