I do like a Baileys or pink gin with lemonade. But my favourite is brandy with chocolate milk. It’s called a la mumba, discovered on holiday in Spain years ago lol. Always try to use a Spanish brandy too. It’s also good in hot chocolate 😆

Oooh! Haven't had Chambord for years! Lovely stuff! I used to put it in a cocktail shaker with Tia Maria and coconut cream. Gorgeous.
