Today is the date I am supposed to be able to print my tickets.

When I try I get this...

Lot of people on FB complaining about the lack of info issued by VH and just been fobbed off.

We are due to pay this weekend - has anyone just not paid their balance and had anything come off it, ie their deposit been wiped or virgin just taken the balance from their credit card anyway?

Really don't want to pay just to have to claim it back or don't want to lose deposit either! 😒

I rang VH and asked if I had to pay balance on due date.Their reply was If I don't I will lose deposit.
I didn't risk it so I paid full balance as I do not trust Virgin anymore.

We got confirmation email today our January holiday officially cancelled now. this was for the 16th Jan. 😫

onwards and upwards eh

Check your account as ours said they will inform you at least 21 days before departure. Virgin kept their word and they did confirm cancellation before 21 days.

I was told exactly the opposite when I called them. Knowing they might become slippery I was recording the conversation and asked their customer service guy clearly there times whether we would have our deposit refunded even if I didnt pay the balance.
With Virgin I think you take your chances either way.

Did you tell the Virgin you were recording the call? If you didn't then you might have problems if you need to take it further. Hopefully it won't come to that.

We didn't pay our balance and our refund for the deposit was processed today.
